We have been in the Rental Property Industry since 1984.  Brand Investments, LLC was our first company with properties primarily in the west and northwest areas of Wichita.  Forty-Fifth Street Properties, LLC was created to expand our areas to the east side of Wichita. 

B & G Leasing, LLC allows us to have a presence in the southwest area of Wichita.  It has also recently expanded to cover areas in the northwest and northeast parts of Wichita.  Angel Fire, LLC is a new area in southwest Wichita that offers several different plan options including handicap accessability. 

Coming in the latter part of 2011 Andover Landing Leasing, LLC will broaden our coverage to the Andover area.  These properties will be located at the southeast corner of 21st North and Andover Road.
