On the EAST side of Wichita our Willow Place Duplexes, through Forty-Fifth Street Properties, LLC are near 45th Street North and Rock Road.
Auburn Hills
Located between Maple and Kellogg, just east of 151st St. West. This area is on the west edge of the Auburn Hills Golf Course. Great family area. Goddard schools.
Colwich
Great small town living. The children (K-8)can walk to school. Beautiful park with playground and tennis courts.
