We need to be aware of any repairs that are required under our Lease Agreement.  For your convenience, you may email us at repairs@wichitalivingspaces.com with NON-EMERGENCY repairs.  Please include your name, phone number, unit address, and a brief description of the problem you are having.  Depending on the repair needed, either our office or someone from the designated vendor will contact you to schedule an appointment to complete the repair.
