RENT PAYMENTS  For your convenience, you are now able to make your monthly rent payments online.  Click the icon at the top of this page and follow the prompts.  We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover cards.  You can also call the office at 316-945-3527 with your card information.  If you prefer to mail your payment, our address is 2418 S. Hoover, Wichita, KS 67215.  We also have an after-hour drop box for you to use.  Please include your unit address on all payments.

LEASE APPLICATIONS  A printable Lease Application is available below.  This information will be required before you can obtain a lease for one of our properties.  Upon completion, you may FAX this form to 316-942-3119 or mail it to our office.  Please include the unit address you are interested in, if known, and an anticipated move in date.
